1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and binggoph ("binggoph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the binggoph website located at binggoph.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any binggoph service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. - One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one binggoph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. binggoph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with them.

- Accepted Payment Methods: binggoph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit card transactions may also be accepted where available.
- Prohibited Payment Methods: In compliance with Philippine regulations, binggoph does not accept credit card gambling deposits. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

binggoph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.
9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, binggoph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by you into your binggoph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- binggoph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
- binggoph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- binggoph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or power outages.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude binggoph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12. Termination & Account Closure
binggoph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
- Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may also request voluntary closure of your binggoph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonuses and promotional credits are non-refundable upon account closure.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
13. Amendments to These Terms
binggoph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, binggoph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the binggoph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising between you and binggoph in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to binggoph's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
